They are an authorized warranty return center for Ryobi, and you'd think they would know the process. My battery was 15 months old, well within the limit of 3 years. Since I thought it might be the charger I brought it with. The next question they had was where is a drill to test it - what you are a authorized return center and you don't have a drill to test their batteries with.
The person I dealt with was very unprofessional and really made me feel un-welcome. I will not do business with this company ever again, and I recommend you do the same.
